Why did I have to pre order Taiko no Tatsujin for the Wii as well?! If I didn’t it would have shipped (according to my order info). Oh well, it’s due thursday (I’m hoping sooner) and I used EMS so it should arrive next monday or tuesday.

Ah hell, makes me wished I was still in El Paso when I was in the military. I never could find anyone in that place that was into fighting games as much as I am. Oh well…
Anyway, got the message from Play-Asia as well and already got my final arcade stick on hold at Gamestop (Oh hell no, I ain’t buying those limited edition TvC arcade sticks). As the person above me, this weekend is going to be VERY epic, indeed. GET HYPED!! =D

And there’s a rumor saying Yatterman 2 is also unlockable?!
Anyone able to confirm if it has or hasn’t got online play?
No online play, since they’re too busy adding useless waggle minigames rather than a feature that would actually extend the life of the game tenfold, like online play would.
Online isn’t really a big thing in Japan, though yeah, the game could’ve used online.
Also, only two or three minigames feature waggle. 
Normally this would be true, but when garbage fighters like Hitman Reborn get online and a AAA game like this doesn’t, something’s up. I don’t care how laggy it would have been, as something is better than nothing at all. Bleach Versus Crusade is going to have it and it’s already a big part of its advertising campaign, so I fail to see why it was left out here.
Oh well, hopefully they’ll port this over to the other consoles eventually. If anything, that’d be a year from now at the earliest, since exclusivity rights are usually only bought for a year.

Ai-chan is the other Yatterman, from what I understand.
All of these rumors are coming from 2ch, so it could mean anything. Several gaming confirmations stem from there, after all. I wouldn’t be surprised if he was a palette swap or skin, as that’s been done before with games like Hokuto no Ken.
