I dont understand what you are saying. You are playing 1 player and you quit when you get to Gold Lightan because Casshan has a way to knock them down?

Ew. Casshern knocking down the biggies with one hit every time is going to be very annoying for giant character players. Thankfully, we can still block. How safe is that drill attack of his? Is it punishable? Telegraphed?
Edit: Not bothered about secret characters honestly. The roster is pretty good as it is right now. Speed would have been nice, as would Ammy, but I’m pleased with Joe, PTX, Doranjo, Yatterman etc.
I’m disappointed that there wasn’t anymore. But I’m satisfied with what characters we got. Viewtiful Joe was overdue.
So it’s safe to say by now…no 4 player fighting for wii right? Plz say yes. sigh
nah nah, the two are unrelated. i just quit playing when i get there because i’m tired of fighting the big characters and the boss. the game rarely gets played around here and you’d be surprised how quick you get to them and its not like you can try out anything while playing against them. i bet i will not be the only one doing this. i probably beat the game about 30 times or more already.
i just metioned the casshern thing because i knew it was difficulf to knock them down. they can even get stunned, didnt know that. that casshern move is not too safe though as say batsus similar air attack.
Cool. Well at least us Mecha players will be able to bait Casshern’s knockdown move and punish it accordingly.

oh and kinda :sad: about no Phoenix or Speed, but I was expecting this to be all the characters.
Yeah, kinda disappointed that Ammy isn’t in, but still, the roster is still fine.
The new Casshern anime is awesome. Can’t wait to play him in this game.
until today i seriously didnt know they could block. like i said, no one plays the game and i never seen to computer block. some guy was racking up wins with lightan today, he would just wait until you get close then catch you with that command throw, worse part is that it hits even if youre in the air.
People need to start playing to learn how to deal with the giants. I hope they are just saving the money and wanting to learn on the home version before taking their skills to the 'cade.
Oh about the roster issue - it wasn’t a complete confirmation. Someone in GameFAQs who knows Japanese stated that it’s not a cop-out, but rather, simply stating that the developer wanted to go all-out on the revealed characters, and joked with the “so these guys aren’t enough eh?!” statement.
If this is a planned franchise, It makes sense for them to hold back on the characters. I mean, no Zero, Speed, Dante, Condor Joe, etc…
Though the capcom side has a few complete SHIT choices when compared to characters they could’ve used. Saki but no Jill, Leon, Chris or claire?
They also can’t seem to have a vs. game that doesn’t feature megaman AND roll.
