Good news I just called the hotel, they are putting me as close as possible to the Florida Hall, first floor (no elevators), waiving the $10 a day “Resort/Parking Fee”, room is facing the pool, & newly renovated room.

yeah, sorry to see that, i noticed this last night when double checking my room reservation.
don’t worry, it looks like this hotel got some really bad reviews. but according to the lady i spoke with on the phone tonight, she says all those issues have been resolved… we’ll see.
