Lariat is not going to have startup invincibility, which means it will be useless. Every situation it gets you out of now, it’s only real use, it will get stuffed. Zero reason to pick that character ever again.
His assist is literally the only thing he has going for him as is, remove the good part of that, say hello to possibly the worst character in the game.
