Finally been getting Tekkaman Blades movement down.
L+M+Hx3 in rapid succession is your jump feint no recovery if you cancel into a normal when you land. The forward version is much much quicker than this 4L+M+Hx3 cancel.
L+M+Hx1 delay till height of his jump L+M+Hx2 cancel his dash into air dash. Cancelable at anytime into his great jumping normals can take out the L+M+Hx2 for a jumping a after the first for an extremely quick j.a overhead that leads into his bnbs. The j.a has some good range(1 character) and you can still combo from it at max distance, or you can add ~6 to get the longer dash also cancelable for crossup options.

Sorry I’ve been ghost all weekend, I rented Bayonetta Friday and wanted to beat it before I returned it. The game is BEAUTIFUL, and the gameplay is very fluid and tight. It’s like a better DMC4 w/ perma trickster. ALL the boss fights are epic as fuck. I’ve only gotten a couple weapons but they did the job. I’m still trying to figure out how to really break the game so I can get all the top tier accessories (although some of them look pointless to have from their descriptions). There’s even a mini game between stages so you can earn extra items/money (halos). In this game however, unlike devil may cry, you’re better off using items before you actually die, as dying seems to affect your rating worse than using an item.
My only gripe with it is during some of the boss cinematics, they have you do certain inputs to escape attacks, jump to a platform, etc. Normally this isn’t a problem, but sometimes the window is REALLY small to hit confirm (like 8 frames or less), and you never really know what button they’re going to have you press unless you jump. Alot of the time if you miss the timing, it’s AUTO DEATH. It’s also really easy to die if one of the enemies gets a combo on ya, b/c ALL enemy combos do HELLA (like 60%+, no matter how many life upgrades you got).
So after Friday night’s debauchery, Saturday night’s stripper, and the endless Bayonetta playing, I’m ready to get back to prepping for FR. I’m still on the fence about entering T6 and GG though. We’ll have to see. Jay/Andy I’ll be hitting you guys up. The FR list seems to be this:

Since i’m mostly likely will be just entering 3s at FR, I would like to see if anyone has time during Saturday afternoons that wants to help me practice since I’m busy with school on the weekdays. If my dreamcasts weren’t broken and had marvel to practice on, then I would enter in Marvel but I’m probably will be mainly focused on trying to win 3s after how well I did last year.
Before I throw this on Craigslist, I’m trying to get rid of Chrono Trigger and Super Mario RPG (both the SNES versions). We can discuss price. Some of you have my number and I can always give it out through AIM or PM. I was thinking $35 for Chrono and maybe $25 for Super Mario RPG? Those seem like steals to me. I also have an NES that I will never use again. I should have all of the cables, but I might be missing the AC adapter). Price is very negotiable on that.
Also, I would like to say that I did purchase TvC and I’m going to sit down and unlock the characters back to back before even learning the highest damaging and baroque combos again since it has been a while since it has been a few months since I’ve hooked up the JP version.
Most importantly, my PCB STILL isn’t here. QQ. I want to game so bad. Even though the tourney was mad expensive one of the two reasons I didn’t show up was because I wouldn’t have ben able to compete. The other reason is a little more… sexual. Enough said.

Gmike um on character use’s I use duke, king, aking, bob, wang, eddy, asuka, wang, miguel, ganny, bruce, kuma, jack, drag, and my main has been LEI for the pass 3 years! lol but seriously my lei is pretty solid. Dont know when we will get up again but whenever we do just ask for some comp against whoever I use and I will do my best. I will say this im a little defective and it takes me a bit to get in the groove with any of my characters.
ron I think adon has gotten a new controller, as for me im on the fence for how serious Im going to take bbcs right now since non of my character really translate in terms of gameplay. So if I want to be competitive in one I have to not play the other one. If were all moving on to bbcs then so be it but if everyone isnt moving on to bbcs til after FR then I will wait til then too.

For those of you who haven’t seen it I damn near busted when I saw this anime trailer for Juri in SSF4. I find that game hideous but, I think I’m going to play it just for her since she’s so stylish (better be a full length anime with the special edition or some shit.
