Found out you can do lars ‘iWS’ move off F,f,1 which is really good. punish more with WS+4s, improved punishing -14 whiffs with f2,4. Found out all of lars high crushes (has a decent amount)
I also wanted to ask you tekken heads if theres any sort of option selects in tekken. Specifically for the d/f low parry. also when you input the d/f how long is it buffered in the system is it long like 3s, or is it JFish like Pgroove Cvs2.
Also jay lars f,f3 is like lees im sure youve seen it a bunch. now he has a f,f,f,3 that seems like its just as fast, low crush, and on block puts hella weight. Now if during my mixups ill be buffering in for a iSW anyway i was wondering if its viable to do f,f,f3 as a low crush. f,f3 gets hit out on start up by mids/lows. I would ask adonis but i been having trouble contacting him and he hasnt really posted about the qs i had for him earlier. Couldve just not scene it havent been using the ‘bold’ in awhile. um matt the fff3 can be mixed up with the isw, it is an old isw tactic. However you have to understand a few changes in this game opposed to other tekkens that make it less effective.
Before in tekkens the isw tracked really really well to both sides meaning if they tried to sidestep then they would get grabbed.
Ok the reason that was important is because everyones running kick in the game can be sidedstepped. So if people peeped you doing instant running kicks they would start circle/sidestepping you to avoid being forced into a heavy guardstun guessing game. Once they started stepping you could just isw them. Now no command grab really tracks that well notably isw. So using it to set up the isw is only good if they start to duck the isw, since the fff3 willl force them to stand. If they start to step you you will need to use something else. Its still good just not as good as before. Any close poke is great for isw any set up you have for tick into isw is excellent, especially if it doesnt push them more than a character length away.
