I can bring my HD setup if needed as well. Ive never been to this lan center but i definitely dont want to play on some laggy tvs if they have them. Also could you make the tourney for 2 games? I know i wanted to get down on some Blaz Blue as well just like the original tourney.

Also id like to have some discussion. Something that james told me and im trying to make sure if everyone agrees and its accurate.
Are there any moves that whilst during and ONLY during thier invincibility frames you can be hit out of i.e in specific instances is there still part of a characters hit box that can be hit during its invincibility frames say hondas ex headbut.

If I understand you correctly, yes. It’s height-specific invincibility (I don’t know a better way to term that??). I don’t know about Honda’s headbutt, but Ryu’s shoryuken only has lower body invincibility after the first couple of frames of startup, which is why you see it trade with jump ins, yet almost never with ground moves, because you can only hit him on the head.
Also that LAN center has like 25 non-laggy monitors. For the SFIV tournament we played on a big, very very laggy TV though.
Oh alright I understand now. like ehondas exheadbut if you dont wait to see which side hes getting crossedup so that you can to the auto correct headbut and you do it the wrong way he gets hit in the back even though like 80% of his hit box is invincible (mostly in the front)
Well i hope they dont pull out that big tv. Id much rather play on a smaller monitor that has no lag

Yeah their little Asus monitors are great, I couldn’t really tell if the big one had lag but I don’t really remember. I’ll be bringing BlazBlue to that tournament either way so if you want a tournament or just casuals it’s on.
I’ll go to the tourney for sure, GuileMike. I’ll try and bring more, even if they’re just going to spectate.

no bb at this time, if we have a big turnout for this I will for sure put it up on the next massive tourney and it will be a on a weekend with multiple games
want to see if this one goes off good first before I out lots of time in effort into multiple things

Well before you reserve we really should get a tally of whos even going. Right now i not to sure because of work and adonis will be outta town.
If we get a decent showing than yea id say reserve anything that has no lag.
