mike has about 20 places within driving distance from his house. Pizza, wings, pasta, korean bbq other asian shit, a steak house. Lots of stuff to choose from. Mcguire’s is a pretty cool little place to eat, I haven’t been out there in years but from what I remember the food was really good. I think it might be our cities coolest place to eat by far since it has about 300,000$ dollars hanging from the ceiling in 1 dollar bills.

I found a fucked up glitch that makes Haggar’s mix up game even better on point with the right assist. If anyone is playing tomorrow I’ll show you in person, hahaha.
EDIT: Oh yeah, down for a P-cola trip anytime. I played shoultzula on GGPO (VSav) and he fucking wiped the floor with me, would definitely like to play that a bit more.
Stick 2 is built. PS3 boards suck.
Moving onward to LEDs for stick one and building stick 3 and 4 (multi console American style stick w/plexi bottom and PS3/360 stick MK 9 layout). Working on a more efficient PCB layout for the TEs for LEDs. 6 PCBs is a bit tough to manage. Got an idea in my head, but unfortunately, the wire management required is going to be a royal pain in the ass.
I’ve got friends in P-cola, so count me in.
GGs to everyone I’ve played. Team SF is getting slightly boring and I kind of want a team that has the capacity to rush down as well as zone so I’m thinking about running Akuma, Doom, and Storm
EDIT: But eh, I feel like I REALLY have to have great fundamentals to make Team SF work so I think I’ll just tough it on out. Chun is killing my team, though

After seeing that tight Desk C.viper video maaaaaan after final round i might have to steal that ho for a secondary team.
This modding shit, while hella expensive, is too fun. I’ve made 4 parts orders in two weeks, haha.
Don’t be afraid to switch teams. There are fundamentals in this game that you wont be able to learn by using that team. You will be holding yourself back if you don’t learn to play other characters (see: your skill improvement in SFIV when you started learning to use other characters). I’d suggest running Doom/Akuma/Storm in that order, though.
Also, found some slightly glitchy (but not really) shit with Wesker, too. You normally can’t cancel out of his OTG gun with anything, but if you’re down to just him you can hit both assists and get his super. The same principle was used in MvC2 (sort of) to get supers that were only available with triple-team hypers (Rogue and Spiral come to mind). It’s making me consider using Wesker as my anchor instead of second: He seems like a very, very strong character on his own PLUS his assist is invaluable.

Yea i feel you. Personally though finishing this PS2 mod for my ps3 stick… I think that will be it for me until the next gen stuff comes out, or until sanwa makes some fucking skeleton(see-through) buttons. now id be down for some leds in those. Fuck Seimitsu.
Trying to get my body used to staying up till like 4-5 am for Final round. Also taking precautionary measures to up the good ole immune system. I dont think ive ever left a final round where i didnt feel like i had super-pneumocold-bronchitis-sinus-foodpoisonitis. uuggggh never again!

Apparently, people have the same idea as me and are trying to find a way to make their top panels interchangeable without having to disconnect a bunch of wires. I’m looking at a picture right now of some of the best wire management I’ve seen to date and I might be able to take this person’s layout and rework it so that it “might” work (have to disconnect some stuff in harnesses, but that doesn’t count).
@Matt: the hell would you stay up til 4-5 purposely for? That’s silly. Just get 8 hours of sleep and beat the hell out of people who roll through the tournament with 3-4 hours of sleep, hahaha
