Holy shit at Marvel. I was trying setups and -gasp- assist combos and shit! I need to put Chun on point to get some practice with her, cus Ryu and Akuma hold it down TOO well.
If Ryu getting too hot is a problem, you can just come see me and we’ll get that worked out REAL quick.
How to beat MVC3 Ryu:

Yessir. Just put in for the Vacation days. I don’t think i’m going to play in any of the games (Unless they have some Melee). But i’ll film a bunch of shit over the weekend. Plus, they have UNO’s pizza right across the street… Going to be a blast.
EDIT: FML Seriously… I just found out that I can’t even head to the event until Friday at 5:30pm… I won’t be able to get that Friday off… FUCK.

Mike G has the right idea. Jumping S is a standard SF blah blah, and I don’t think air l.tatsu’s are considered overheads, which is STUPID, but that’s okay. I’ll have to look into that. Man… although, I did find a way to get 600k + stuff from anywhere on screen using the donkey kick. Turns out its not corner only and with the way his normals suck you in, there’s seemingly no reason not to do it.
Motherfucker can zone though, I just can’t do it right yet. There are a few things Matt showed me that I have to work on, and Im still waiting to see some stream action.

Blinderman here, and I’ve been playing MvC3 pretty extensively (have it for both systems at my place and nice big lcd screen)
If anyone wants to get on some games, I have a lot I can still learn of course. And I’m sure I can put up a fight enough to give someone some good practice for FR.
