Hey Mike get over yourself and turn your phone off.
I think there is only one solution. We organize a text bomb.
Regardless of said bomb I will text Mike when he’s mid-game and it will read “I hope you turned your phone off!”
Phones have an off button. LIES. That button is only to be used for suicide tactical nuclear strikes! Just make sure you say SHIT right before you die.
Edit:
On a real tip…here http://elitekeyboards.com/products.php?sub=special&filter=fullsize Anyone of the leopolds are in your price range.
There i bought my first mech keyboard from this website (the one i got SlayerS_Boxer to sign ) at elitekeyboards.com
Stick with the Cherry MX brown 104. If you want a non noisy efficient keyboard.
or Cherry MX Blue 104. If you want to sound loud as fuck, have fun making your typing sound like mashing, and spend lots of nights on the couch.
Cherry browns activate half way down so you dont have to bottom out like blues. Blues have a mechanism that clicks half way down, but makes you ‘bottom out’ for the key to actually activate. Sound on blue is very nice sounds like an old school typewriter, but i have gotten so used to only pressing my keys half way down in sc2(200-220apm) that i dont think i can use anything except browns now.
Cherry browns when their warn in a little bit start feeling like sanwa buttons in your keyboard(which in reality sanwa buttons are actually mechanical switches too, very similarly made.)
Next:
If you have about 130$ to blow plus shipping this keyboard has a little better feel(same style MX keys) to it. Larger, a little heavy, and looks better.

Das will probably the next mech keyboard i own.
the professional has the Cherry MX blues
the professional Silent has the Cherry MX browns
I like to use my phone, just not hear from you guys. I saying this to everyone do I don’t single anyone out for always happening to call me when I’m the saltiest.
Again, get over yourself. You’re free to ignore any and everyone.
I have a das keyboard pro and it is awesome. Programming is great on it, code just flows out. It sounds loud which is great. I could see blues being awesome for Starcraft. I’ve only had it for six months but I could see it starting to break in like a stick. Worn in blues almost feel like seimitsu vs sanwa.
I’m starting a Facebook event titled “Text Michael John during CEO 2012 pools!”. The event lasts from 9:55 AM to 6 PM on Saturday, and the description will consist solely of Mike J’s phone number.
Precisely of why im scared of getting blues. I hate worn seimitsu buttons with a passion. They feel like shit. At least to me anyway. Slightly warn in sanwas though… gold mmmm.
EDIT:
I think i might be selling my Qanba stick im not really liking the stick height it feels 1-2mm higher and i thought it wouldnt be that big of a deal, but i still get slightly annoyed at it everytime i play. Still not that big of a deal but i need to go back to a TE or anything that has the normal stock shaft hieght.
Yeah I know Matt haha. I like my blues and seimitsus. I’m kind of a hard tappin’ guy though lol.
Fine, whatever. Eat a dick.
Everyone here missed the point…
FTFY for good luck!
Welcome to Tallahassee, where you fall in love with your own dick
I already knew that, I’ll call myself out and say I call mike to congratulate him on playing well after i see him playing on stream. Forgive me for being a team player
Mechwarrior Online closed beta is 100% better then reading this drama. How about you guys post something constructive? :\ OR shit at least talk some shit so i can get my popcorn Oprah face on.
Edit:
Hey let me come over one day and try out that das keyboard im sure the keys feel the same i just want to see exactly how much it weighs and the overall build quality.
Man, have you even seen my dick? It’s kind of a big deal.
Good Luck to all heading to CEO. Make us proud.
Last I heard, MikeG, your dick is not Drew’s type.
Matt: what little free time I do have for gaming is usually had at a session or gathering, so next time Drew hosts or something and you can make it over, I can bring my laptop + keyboard if you want to try out a game of SC2 on it.
To all my PC nerds: is the difference between an i5 and an i7 worth getting one? Been looking at a lot of 900-1000 dollar builds on www.buildsbot.com and a couple of them include monitors/OS/Keyboard/etc. in the build. Was thinking if taking that “extra money” that I wouldn’t need to spend and using it to upgrade the CPU/GPU/RAM was the best idea or not. A lot of those 1K pc builds are using an i5 too. Is the 7 just overkill? Too much for the budget? Are the 3.4ghz i5s good enough? Just wonderin’.
EDIT: After talking with my coworker I don’t think the i7 would be worth it. I think the specs I’m leaning towards are higher end i5/16GB RAM/1TB HD + an SSD/a 2GB graphics card, maybe a Radeon 7850.
Maybe something like this? http://pcpartpicker.com/p/a8Ga
(Goddamn PCPartPicker is the best site everrrr)
Woahwoahwoah. When did this become about MY dick?
