I’d rather eat a fucking boot then eat an overcooked steak (It’s basically the same thing). I eat steak rare. If it’s prepared properly, it’s the best way to enjoy the flavor of the meat.
Rare Filet is Ridic. Earthfare sells some of the nicest Filet I have ever dined upon. Eating a burger without a bun is like eating cereal with out the cereal. It’s not a burger at that point. Speaking of burgers, Steve and I hit up Vertigo the other day. It’s a new Hipster burger place off of Old St. Augustine near Best Buy. The burgers there are pretty awesome, but are EXPENSIVE. We’re talking 14$ for a burger, half order of fries, and drink. YIKES. I got a truffle cheeseburger there, pretty damn Rad.

You guys are crazy about steak man, cooking to medium allows the steak absorbs all the juices that gives it a robust flavor, too much juice ruins the experience in my book and charred steak is just weak man.
In what world does a medium steak have better juice and flavor than a rare steak? I’d love to eat there. You make it sound like us rare folks are drinking or swimming in our meat.
+1 on the EarthFare fillets. One of the BEST STEAKS I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE was from there, cooked that thing rare (stovetop + oven), DELICIOUS. Drew, the longer you cook a steak, the less moisture (hence flavor) it has.

A quality steak that’s been properly drained and cleaned should contain hardly any blood/meat Juice at all, even when it’s served rare. The moisture when cooked medium is plentiful
Drew, are you sure you haven’t been eating meatloaf this whole time? Rare meats are supposed to be very soft and juicy. You can cut a Filet Mignon with only a form when cooked properly. (Rare)

Ugh why. Please Jesus let this series end. BBCP hits arcades, then a console revision with more characters and then a final patch to balance the game out; drop the patch for arcades with new characters that console already got and the same balance patch. Then a new IP please.
Just make BB more like a street fighter game like persona(but not completely). Reason why everyone likes the shit is because its like BB with SF style footsies, and damage. In BB/GG you didnt have to counter hit or have meter to do tons of damage.
