My reserve is for the PS3…didn’t we play on live? It sucks - but my 360 net capabilities went out the window ever since I last brought it over to Adonis’ house at his last little get together. Sucks as because I loved my RE5 edition xbox elite. Oh well. It still plays games but that’s about it.
As for PSO2. I am a huge PSO buff so I will likely at least try it… I just hope its good, and not PSU all over again which they didn’t get the formula right until PSP2 -p and let me tell you that might have been a hand held game but that shit was amazing. Best Phantasy Star Online series title I have ever played.
Correction found out you can also combo off of hwoas command OH 6MK, 1f link into cr short which gos into his commandstring hnk finishers…

man after watching all these HD persona combo vids… Im loving this game its really beautiful Persona is such a great universe to put a fighting game in. Kudos to the artists/BackGround designers.

Augh did ASW seriously announce BB3? Hope it’s good. Seems like its a LEGIT sequel too, move set changes, newly drawn neutral sprites, outfits changed; it’s like their ridiculous plot actually has an effect on the gameplay!
Also worth mentioning Justin won Marvel SBO this year with wolv/storm/akuma, and there was a makoto in this years TOP 3 in AE No more complaints mike G! haha j/p

Hmm can’t say i understand Arc Sys’ marketing strategy here… Persona is about to drop, HEY GAIS HERE"S BB3. Regardless, I’m a fan of BB just never really been good at it, I hope its good or that Persona is just way better. Can’t lie though, diggin Noel’s redesign and that alone makes me want to play that game, Bullet looks tight too. I’m just not good at Anime Games, hopefully Jarv can break me out of that.

Aksys doesnt really have the money for a big marketing scheme for their games. So i think there just using pre persona hype to get thier next game out there while everyone is checking them out etc.
Persona already came out in Japan and I can pretty much guarantee that the announcement of a new BB, which probably won’t hit consoles until the middle of next year, isn’t going to stop anyone here from buying it.
ah so apparently if you naked burst and it hits your opponent you get full SP meter, if you burst out of a combo then you dont get the meter gain. Also during the 3rd hit of auto combo you also apparently gives a little bit of a burst boost than normal(more burst meter gain). You know i really like the little intricate stuff they put in these games for decision making.
Side things to note the ‘DP’ with B+D iirc takes life and even if your on a sliver of life apparently you can still use it and it wont kill you, also during time outs recoverable life doesnt count only yellow life.
One more cancel is a roman cancel takes 50 SP
one more burst takes ALL of your burst meter but pops them up for use in combos. Doesnt take any of your SP meter

Ill be getting my asus monitor in tomorrow morning. Amazon said fuck it and gave me overnight at the 2 day shipping price. I have this 17" Dell E773c im using as my second monitor currently that will be going in the garbage unless someone here wants it. Personally im done with the heavy ass tv/monitor generation. With my asus getting here i might even get rid of my 32" sdtv for the least laggy 42" LCD/LED TV i can find.
Unless you go commercial ($$$$$) most every LCD monitor over 32" lags. The Capcom fight clubs used Viewsonic Commercial LCD panels (The kind you find in Hospitals, etc…) those were 42" and start around 1500$. LG has some pretty solid 32" monitors with around 2-3 frames of lag.
I was probably gonna get the Sharp kind that Gmike has. I dont want it to play fighting games on. I just want to make sure casual games like RPGs etc arent just absolutely terrible to play on them. 5-8 frames of lag isnt too bad, but i also do want one at least 42" to watch movies and hell even streams on like Ron does.

apparently G4L says their going to have the game in at 11am tomorrow morning, and i have to be at work at 11:45. My work is like 20 minute drive round trip from there. So hopefully there on point with getting it Otherwise ill have to go after work (lame) and pick up the copy. Worst case scenario ill have it 10 am tuesday with the entire day off.
