Im an anal person i would sit there and do that shit all day on everyones moves in the game. I love shit like that, but yes i also do the neutral jump for testing stuff that doesnt need to be super accurate. For most pokes you can do stuff like that, but for some of the intricate setups he was testing, especially with elizabeth it seems like that setup is needed and i would LOVE to have one for setups and instead of paying 20$ just for frame data that might have a fucking typo or some shit in it etc. /shrug my 2ct

parents got a new webcam and are sending me theirs. Probably will start to stream matches when folks come over. More so recording my own matches for review, and for when james and I have split feelings for what happened at a particular point in time we can just go back in the archives and check it out.
That’s not the shipping. When I ordered my Asus in February, it took them four days to ship, and I have prime. Took six days from placing the order to get mine.
What’s even worse? You still have to wait the 5-7 (our whatever it is) days for it to get there AFTER they tell you it’s shipped. Gotta hold tight for a minute.
It depends on the supplier. When I ordered my 2 monitor’s, it took around 6 days from clicking “Place Order” to having them here. My Newegg parts for my computer were here in 2 days.
Woo bossman gave me approval for Tuesday off. Hopefully picking up the game earlier than that but I’ll be chillin’ with Drew and MikeG for some time cracking open the game. I’ll probably end up playing games all day through Sissy Fights that night!

Will those adapters let you connect them together like the astro mixamp so 2 people can use a headset? Dont think ive ever seen an optical splitter…might make things sound terrible.

So my parents suprised me they got me(which they rarely do) something off newegg… instead of sending me their old webcam they bought me a super legit logitech c920 widescreen 1080p webcam overnighted mail man just tackled me. Fucking dude said he did ranger/navy seal school. Dude looked like a cross between green mile and guile. FUCK. Super stoked will have some high res streaming/recording

One of my dozen some odd test with the c920. Alot of settings here that still need to be tweaked but i know i can clear things up a bit more so you can see the damage numbers etc, but for match play not too bad.

final test. Audio is lowered because i was skyping and i was getting feedback from the mic on the webcam. This thats about the best quality i can get atm. Wierd because you have to fine tune the webcam for the TV so everything else in the room drops res considerably but the res on the TV gets better substantially. Vice versa when you have people on the screen. Faces look super crispy in HD but you have to sacrifice how tvs look in the back. I wonder if tuning for HD moniters will be different. Hopefully it will be easier. since the webcam will sit much closer and have a smaller space to process
Not gonna lie man got a session running with james/terrance and i have been loving the ability to record matches and go back and watch for review. Couple that with VLC and the ability to slow down certain things considerably has been helping me figure out why i have been getting hit in particularly tricky setups etc. Absolutely love it.
The software also records HD in H.264 which makes 30 minute videos in 1080p all of like 550-600mb. I know its not direct feed HD or anything but its way better than the 1gb per 3 minutes i had with one of my old camera setups. Was one i had did some 3s stuff with.
Cant wait for persona to drop! So hyped right now.

Going back and listening to some of the stuff james says during a match is hilarious lol.
