How do I punish people who constantly spam neutral jumps and crossups to avoid my spds? The dp is absolutely worthless defensively and normals just get stuffed.

you can do a fast lp condor spire if hes neutal jump to land in the otherside and its a free mexican typhoon for you
If you’re doing it after a splash mixup neutral jump HK can work a treat, too.
how does EX condor dive hit on block and not fly back
This only works when the EX Condor Dive hits the opponent reallly low, like when T.Hawk’s head touches their knees.

Really basic question: can T.hawk’s EX SPD grab air born opponents? there are some weird moments where it certainly looks like it can.
I’m pretty sure it can’t but it’ll grab hop normals and jump ins during their landing frames thanks to it’s hit invulnerability.
No, it can beat safejumps though due to it being 3 (?) frame start up I believe.

He has a lot of weird character specific stuff in regards to comboing. He can get some pretty extended stuff on Makoto.

also is it commonly known that lp spd, whiff a jumping normal, cr.lk is a frame perfect meaty that puts you at +5 allowing you to link easily?
Doubt it. You get 2 extra frames of hit/block stun? Close jab probably a better option at the end of the day.
2 frames. Also it’s a low, thats the point.
Yeah, I get the low. But is the whiffed jump-in normal immediately after the grab lands? Pretty easy to see it whiff in that instance. Not sure what a low would bring to the table that close jab doesn’t already take care of.
you can do the whiffed normal at any time during the jump.
you can’t block lows high. I use similar setups with other characters, and I get decent mileage out of them.
