You can also run the tournament yourself if you really want to run one next time your going. BTW, it’s not a collega tourney, 'cause both me and chunk aren’t in college. =O

Don’t even worry about this shit next tues Rage, it’s just cause i wanna do it. No money or anything. I always play a lot of 3s players tues, so I just wanna do something a little formal for fun. People who don’t even play 3s will play for the sake of it. RR is easier cause since you can’t set the machine to 2 quarters both people lose, you can just put a quarter in for one person, play all his rounds, and then move on to the next one fairly hassle free. Tourney’s are a dime a dozen man don’t even worry about that shit.

The scene in norcal has been pretty dead (cept with tekken 5 now) since evo ended, and that’s how it usually is for a couple of months. Things will pick up eventually.
It’s cool you want to become the next Choi at the age of 20, but complaining to people about tournies is not gonna get you anywhere. There is always SOME kinda random tourney going on SOMEWHERE in norcal so just hit one up whenever you can. No one is gonna make a tourney just for you; you’ll have to work with what’s given.
Show up to whatever tourney you can make.
Enter whichever games you play.
Don’t be an ass when you lose.
Play some casual.
Chill, talk, make friends, etc.
Then repeat the process at the next tourney.
That’s my advice if you want to improve your game. Take it for what it’s worth. I don’t really care either way if you ignore this and keep on complaining.
Seriously though, no one is gonna go out of their way to run a tourney just so some random new guy can enter.

Yes i admit i kind of was complaining that no one at svgl plays snk games or the old school games there, but what can I say that’s them i can’t get mad at them for that. About this tournament i’m not even going to show up do to school work i was telling them to run one cause it seemed like they neeeded buktooth or j. choi to host one RLMAOL which i think is so stupid cause any one could run one you just need to get people’s attention that’s all. I’ve been on here for 2 months yes but i’m already startin to get how this place runs in a year or so i may even be a moderator i don’t know depends. I could of been here a year or 2 ago when I heard shoryuken was for tournaments but didn’t know they had matchmakng in it, But they had this rule though you have to be 14 or older to join I belive around the time when I first heard I was 12 or 13. Now i’m 15 just turned it the month when i joined but early of that month then I joined srk at the end of that month.
