Looks like I’ll be in the area sometime on Monday and will stay until Thursday early afternoon. An SVGL visit is guaranteed. I heard a lot of positive things about this arcade, and I’m sure I’ll have a lot of fun.

And…when I get there, SOMEONE tell me where the nearest bowling alley is Gotta bowl one of those nights during my stay. Everyone’s invited

There is a bowling alley called Moonlight Lanes if you go down El Camino, several lights past Lawrence Expressway.

Here is the address:
2780 El Camino Real, Santa Clara

So all you pretty much would do is drive down El Camino from SVGL.

I’m going to try learn how to play ggxx any recommendations about whos good to start with to get a better idea about the game. 3s is still the #1 in my heart though =)

If you want a ST tourney so bad, go to SVGL this Sat. and run a tourney for it. Manager is nice, so don’t trip. Also, make all the annoucements, too. =]

I’m visiting w/ relatives in Redwood City (I’m from Seattle) and was hoping to make it down for the tournament on Saturday or casual one day… anyone give me directions?

You can take 101 south down for awhile and hit Lawrence Expressway take a right on that and then go down for awhile till you hit El Camino Real take a right on El Camino Real and drive down a little bit it should be on your right hand side. Thats probably the simplest way to get here.

Better yet, go down 101 south, take the Fair Oaks exit, turn right on it and go straight until you see svgl on your right. If you go past El Camino, you’ve passed it to your right.
