I’m getting bored of CvS2 so I’ll try to spend more time with 3S and GGXX. In fact, I need to start playing more WHILE I’M AT THE ARCADE instead of doing other things. :lol:

yeah lets have some sort of day set out of the week for a perhaps weekly 3s tournament? I’m thinking maybe a 1 dollar but thats always negociable. Any CONSTRUCTIVE ideas are appreciated. 3s is really taking off so im hoping a weekly will help even more.
Oro is just plain dope himself. 
Yeah, I started to use him cause NO ONE used him…seriously enough…and yet, imho, he’s at least above average tier-wise 
And he’s just plain funny to laugh at.
But I somewhat stopped using oro just cause i got bored and moved on. No doubt I still consider him one of my best though
I’m using urien now cause he seems to be fun enough to use. That is until I get bored of him too, so that’s pretty much the jimmy cycle :rolleyes: I always look for what’s more fun in my 3s games.
btw, did you go tonight (tuesday) cause I played a few games, went to popeyes, and came back to play two fast games, so i might have missed you.
nah i didnt go to svgl today, im in davis right now, but ill be there this thursday and stay for the rest of the weekend.
I think I’ll quit using Akuma now in 3S. I didn’t feel too comfortable playing him yesterday. Since I’m sorta getting bored of Yun, I think I’ll learn Yang and the Seienbu super art.

for all you crunk ass third strike playing catz third strike thursday will be something i’m going to run the thursday after next its a 1 dollar tourney so the barrier to entry isn’t a big deal! come one come all i invite all you third strike maniacs from all across the bay area (and wherever else) to join in and hopefully keep these weeklies running! Please dont let the 3rd strike Revolution from dying out! this is me calling out to all you cats who responded so positively at the last big tournament i want to see all you beasts there for the first third strike thursday June 10th! Please share any feedback!
I’ve talked to Arun, Venkat, and Korngo about this and I think the best solution since Anthony wants to have Saturday tourneys is that have Thursday weekly tourneys on every week except on the week of the Saturday tourney. I can imagine that Saturday tourneys will be a lot bigger in turnout but no one knows for sure how often they will happen. The Thursday weekly tourneys should keep everyone happy I guess until a Saturday tourney comes up.
If someone can talk to management and have them okay the Thursday weekly tourneys, the question now becomes what other games besides 3S are we having a tourney on? I’d like to see people come for the other games as well like CvS2, MvC2, and GGXX.
