There seems to be a strong interest in MvC being 3on3. We can do a vote on Fri regarding MvC teams as 2on2 or 3on3. I’ll take the majority opinion.
Please note that 8 entries are needed for any event. 3S teams along with any other tourney will commence given that there are 8 entries.

So i am bringing a camcorder, with a tripod, and a microphone, but its a weird mic. Anyways i am an idiot with this stuff so i may need tech support! Expect my failure and cries for halp. But at least we can record the stuff. Btw am a stupid for bringing it? is there already someone else who can deal with recording better than me?

Given that SVGL doesn’t have ST, I say the chance is 0% unless someone can bring in a ST cabinet and 8 players for it.
isn’t there a ST on the cab with the collection of capcom games.
yes there is a ST cab. It just cannot be set to reset after 1 game [like how it is setup for the other machines in tournament mode].
just a thought,
set ST to free play and have the tourney if enough people enter. when the match is over the next 2 people come up to play. one player pics his real character and kills off the winning character from the previous match then the second person can get on and pick his real character and then the official match can begin. We did the same thing at an mgl weekly tourney for cvs2 before. It should work.

how you gonna bring equipment and not know how to use it?
just bring the camcorder and tripod, but leave the mic at home (your camcorder should be able to get the sound OK as it is)
i’m just gonna record select matches of cvs2 teams/singles with my digital camera. i don’t guarantee that they’ll be posted anywhere, so if you want your own footage you should probably do it yourself…
