I almost thought that was a filler episode last night.
Yeah they were up two…which is also why its so stupid. Ok if your up 5 guys you can throw a challenge…but your only up one and you want to let the other team have a chance? even then i wouldn’t agree with it. You never give anyone any breathing room.

Ahh you can’t hate on robb for trying to make that money. He’s going to be making more from survivor from whatever his construction job is…and you can bet he’s getting something to be on it aside from a chance to win the million. But he’s also a big draw. I haven’t watched survivor in years cause it got boring and repetative. I think the last one i watched after all stars was the one with ozzie and the korean guy that destroyed the whole show and i didn’t even see the end of that. I only started watching this season cause of rob.

You should watch season 19: Samoa where Russell’s tribe was down 4 to 8 at the merge and still made his tribe go to the finals. Or watch season 20: Heroes vs Villians where his alliance was down 3 to Rob’s 6, he eliminated Rob in a head to head vote at tribal council, and still made the final with who he wanted to go with. Some of the best Survivor gameplay in those recent seasons.
Yeah, pretty amazing stuff there.
Obviously, Russel’s game lacks as he’s never won 1st place, but he sure knows how to get to the end, despite being down by half in numbers.
You can say he got lucky with Tyson’s vote, but that’s playing the game, IMO.
i was actually going to watch the heros villans one when it came out. i can’t remember why i didn’t though…just didn’t realize it was on i guess. I’m actually a bigger fan of Big Brother than i am of survivor now…which is weird because when they first came out it was the other way around.
I’m more of an Amazing Race fan when it comes to reality tv.
I DO NOT recommend watching Samoa. Too much airtime is focused on an asshat that exhibits exactly how you DON’T win Survivor. It’s honestly one of the worst seasons in my book and made the Survivor fanbase dumb.
If you want a true comeback story, watch Vanuatu. That was a truly amazing comeback story.

Yeah I finally watched it the other night. Phillip has lost his mind. I guess that’s what happens when you’re out on an island with people you don’t like and you’re hungry lol.
On another note, Fabio 2.0 aka Matt is losing his mind too. Looks like the preview showed him crying. Not be funny or laugh because he’s a Christian, but truth be told studies have proven that being left alone for long periods of time without anyone to talk to have caused people to “not be right” according to my wife who’s obtained her masters in psychology.
Big Brother is only good when there’s drama. I watched that one season of that a couple years ago with the extremely dramatic black chick and the blonde airhead who ended up dating I think his name was Jeff? Other than that I can’t get into it too much.

I’ll gain a little respect for cast if they at least attempt to vote Rob off next episode, granted he loses the challenge.
I remember Probst saying something like how this season was supposed to be pretty good (when they had initially announced Redemption Island). I have a feeling that the final winner of the Redemption Island duels will either be able to compete in the final challenge for top 2 or 3 spots, or automatically get put into top 2 or 3.
That said, I have a feeling Matt ends up winning the duels, makes it into top 2 or 3 against Rob and possibly some other person, and ends up winning it all.
He is pretty much Fabio 2.0 but all his bible thumping annoys the shit out of me.
He also said Samoa and Cook Islands are good. So I’m taking his opinions with a grain of salt, lol

Yeah, but they are good at picking cast members that are interesting. I haven’t watched it in a couple summers, but they were on a pretty good streak of good seasons. The one with the four horsemen, the one with the twins, Big Brother All Stars was god like, The season with Evil Dick was so epic,etc etc. it always has seriously hot broads too, unlike survivor.
Big Brother after dark is kind of funny, and you get to see boobies (sometimes).
It’s like a coin flip. After dark is either extremely boring, or extremely funny.
As for Big Brother the edited version it’s alright by my book. I’ve only watched like 3 seasons so far.
They really should do more uncensored reality t.v. After dark is the only one I’ve watched so far. Survivor probably wouldn’t work since they are outside.
Big Brother can’t even compare. It’s a lot more prone to rigging because of that nature, which is pretty blatant which one of Groedner’s favorites are (Evel Dick and Jordan/Jeff being the most obvious). It also is stupid that usually, initial twists only affected one or several people. If you’re going to make a twist, make it affect ALL of them or NONE of them.
So… I met Steve today at an Oil Field convention. Random, i know. Hah, i was too shocked to think of anything cool to say. For instance, “see, i knew you weren’t a racist!”
either way, he was a really cool guy and even gave the endorsement: “i’m on redemption island so watch me tonight!”
