Why do people think Russel has a chance of winning?
He once again overlooked the social aspect. As it stands, he’s not getting a single vote from anyone in the current jury.
Russel is actually a very poor player because he plays in a way where he’s pretty much garunteed to lose.
I got a feeling Russel will have to get Sandra & Pavarti to the final 3 for his best chance of winning…It was a dumb move for him to get rid of that hairy chick Danniel…So it looks like Sandra is going to win it…I wonder if the Jury knows he’s rich? Russel can play the card that Pavarti & Sandra has already won it…
i can see Russel getting votes from Jerri & JT. Maybe even Colby depending on how he gets booted out.

no tie ever. it’s not possible with 2 and they just started using 3 in cook islands and only 4 times was there 9 jurors to make a tie possible (cook islands, fiji, last season, current one)
sandra has too many friends on heroes, i guess jerri/russell/parvati would be his best bet but if jerri is up there instead of sandra he loses that vote since sandra isn’t voting for him
getting rid of danielle was the worst move. even worse than getting rid of shambo last year.
Am I the only one who missed how “hairy” Danielle was? Man she had some out of this world super-tits 
Anyways, I think it was a good move in getting rid of her. Sure, he lost a vote, but in the end, it wouldn’t have benefitted him to keep her in the game if he’s got a hunch that Parv isn’t or might not take him to the final 3. At this point in time, the best move for Russell is to side with the heroes who at this point have more physical threats to win challenges and stay in the game and play damage control to the jury in preserving his character. Easier said than done I suppose.
The problem with the Danielle boot wasn’t just that he lost her vote, but he deliberately targetted the only person he had a chance of even winning against. If he’s concerned about Parvati…he should have targetted Parvati. Russel have VERY BAD end game sense and it showed with Danielle’s boot. He made the same mistake last time when he targetted Shambo.
But really, there isn’t anything Russel can do at this point. It’s impossible for him to win.
I’m convinced Russell doesn’t want to win, he just wants to rape people. Even when they’re in Ponderosa he wants to rape them.
Yeah i dont think its the money thing at all, he has that ego, saying I out smarted all of them…Which pretty much is true…
The problem is that he had to do it. In the extra confessionals, Danielle admitted that when the next tribal council came, she, Parvati, and Sandra planned to vote Russel out. So what he did was actually a good move for him to stay in the game and get rid of Danielle/Parvati’s scheme.
And even then, if they didn’t vote for him, his chances of winning with Danielle staying would still have been pretty slim.
I also don’t see how Russell can win. I bet he makes the finals, but I can’t wait to see Russell’s face when he doesn’t win again.
Actually, with a final three there can be a still be a tie regardless of how many jurors there are (as long as there are at least 2).
I agree with the others saying the same thing; Russel can’t win this.

Coach’s necklace to Russell: [spoiler=]Apparently Russell hands Coach’s sacred necklace off to Rupert and says it has deep sentimental value to Russell. Rupert is seen holding it when Russell, Rupert, Colby are left in the island while the women are enjoying reward. Russell gives it to Rupert as his value of trust. Surprised it wasn’t put in there. Little storylines like these is cool for the show. I think he hands it over to him when they shake hands and I think Coach realizes it was his necklace when he see’s Rupert on Ponderosa.[/spoiler]

So we watch week after week only to see Russell not win this. Maybe, and just maybe he can pull one out, but it’s looking gloomier by the episode. Why make alliances and destroy them knowing these same people are the ones you have to coerce into giving you a million dollars? Dude’s a master at manipulating people, but he’s going about it all the wrong way.
so how will there be a tie with a final 3 and 7 jurors? 7/3 = NOT AN INTEGER!!!
there’s only been a chance for a tie in those opportunities i listed since there was 9 jurors and a final 3 which could give 3-3-3
every other tim eit’s been final 2 or final 3 with 7 jurors
