If we could use that as the main SF4 setup, that’d be great. I’m not sure how many HDTV setups we’ll have.

Also, I’d like to get an SRK head count for those coming. Pre planning brackets and such based on past tourney results.

Things I’d like to have:

1: Name tags "Hello, my name is ____."
2: More than enough setups (4+).
3: Tekken 6 casuals on extra setups.
4: Bracket helpers on PC and Paper.
5: Lots of players in attendance.

Again, we need volunteers to bring their 360’s & game with at least 1 pad/stick per station. If you can help with this, the tourney can be run much smoother and faster.

I expect around 50+ players for just SF4. If we reach 100 or more, we’ll have to break the tourney into 2-4 pools.

So what time do you think it’s going to start? Also when would you guess its gonna end? Because I gotta be at work by 5 and I’m gonna try to get someone to cover me if it runs late…

How long is registration running for? What time will the actual tournament begin?

Registration starts at 10am. The tourney should start around 11am after brackets get made up. The more SF4 stations we have, the sooner we can finish this up. By all means, I can’t be rushed or hurried. I’ll ensure the tourney is run as smooth as possible with whatever equipment we end up working with.

Before deciding to enter this tourney, please plan on being here from 10am to 8pm (the alloted time).

With 4 stations and 100* players, I could probably do this in 5 hours or less (based on my EVO Bracket experience. Bracket #22 ftw!).

*The turnout is unknown at the moment.

Just FYI, the monitor I will bring doesn’t have component plugs so you’ll need a 360 with HDMI if you want to use it.

I am bringing a table, PS3 and 24" HDMI computer monitor that form a little station. I have only one PS3 TE stick however, so if someone can crap another one out that’d be cool.

Ray has plans for this stuff I think but after that is done we can definately set up a T6 station and go to town.

I am also bringing two 19" 2ms LCD monitors so if anyone has VGA or DVI converters for Xbox or PS3 bring that ish.

It will be good to play your rufus again. havent seen you in forever. Im glad you are streaming this for us thanks alot. Now i just need to make sure I at least make top 8 so I dont embarass myself in front of my friends who will be watchin from home :stuck_out_tongue:

If everything goes right, I’ll be recording stuff in hd and just streaming stuff in SD. But thats dependent on if there will be a TV with component inputs since I don’t have an HDMI splitter on hand
