I did as well but after the start of this current season, I abandoned that train of thought because of how they mentioned the order of things being with that particular process.
Last Night’s highlights
[details=Spoiler] Man, last night episode was on fire with the Cass and Dean team up.
Cass and Dean’s ineffectual undercover routine.
The strip club.
Cass and Dean’s interrogation of Rapheal, ending with Cass calling him his bitch.
And also, you to know it was Lucifer using his girlfriends form and feel for Sam that he found out right after necking with him/her.
Oh series finale might be Sam vs. Dean… Um, I mean Michael vs. Lucifer wearing Sam and Dean. :looney: Good stuff. Was surprised to see that girl from episode 1. Hey maybe their dad can play God heh!
I don’t think it’ll be Michael vs. Lucifer. I think it might start out that way, but somehow Sam and Dean will expunge the two from their bodies (I’m guessing God will step in after Castiel finally convinces Him to do something about it). Lucifer will return to Hell while talking shit about him coming back one day, and Michael will give some disingenuous apology. Then we’ll get some sort of epilogue, maybe.
I actually like how he’s portrayed. Everything he says is direct and I like the fact that he doesn’t really need to lie to get what he wants. I guess he’s just a really convincing guy.
“The voice says I’m running out of minutes!” Good to see they finally got back to “Croatoan”. Castiel of the future = Gaius Baltar?
Then there’s next week’s promo…
Next Week
Spoiler
Gandhi! Also, Stupid Spoiled Whore Video Playset! A greeeeaat adventure is waiting just ahead… hurry onward, Paris Hilton, or you will soon be deaaaad… (Stupid Whore.)
I would assume that Cass failed to find him, given the fact that he was obviously depressed over the entire situation in trusting that there was another option besides what the angel’s plan and lost all faith.
Croatoan
[details=Spoiler] I can’t help but think it wouldn’t be crazy if the Croatoan virus in the future was actually a parting shot from the angels?
While Lucifer is no fan of mankind (hairless apes, in his own words) the virus makes people nuts and its victims probably damage the environment more then Lucifer’s usual natural disasters and is just a overall messier way of getting rid of humans.
Man, I’ve been waiting since season 1 for them to resolve Croatoan. You just knew they had that shit planned for something big, and now they FINALLY get to it. I was already thinking they forgot about it.
I also wonder if Lucifer (or other angels) could actually take a shot from the Colt and then shrug it off.
I was thinking about that ever since Dean stabbed Cas with the dknife. I mean if THAT couldn’t kill someone of Cas’ level then how can a gun made by a human be any better?
If it could kill Lucifer, they should mass produce that thing asap. I mean when it went into the whole making of the gun way back when, I think it showed the dude making it without any kind of help from someone else so I’m guessing the markings on the gun are what make it work. Also, Bobby already knows how to make the bullets so put one and the other together and you can get a M19 with really nice perks.
Don’t forget that it was Ruby who showed Bobby how to make the bullets, and it was also Ruby who gave Sam her special knife (which failed to kill both Castiel and Alistair). If the gun is equally powerful (it did kill Azazel, though), I doubt someone of Lucifer’s level would even flinch if he were to get shot by it.
Other things it probably can’t kill
Four Horsemen (they can’t die)
Trickster (guy is still top tier)
Michael (probably)
God (obviously)
I was waiting for plague, one of the 4 horsemen of the apoc, to step up and take credit for the croatian virus, it seems like it would have been right up one of the 4 horsemen’s alley.
I’m rather curious to know what it is that Castiel used to kill those angels in the season opener. Or Uriel used to try and kill Cas. Kinda looked like silver spikes. Don’t know if the weapon makes a difference, or jsut being an angel is enough to kill another.
Totally random, since the gates of hell are more or less open now, you think we might be seeing Bela again? She’s been there for a looooong time, and Im sure she’d love to have a piece of Dean…
