Good games last night! I think that tournament format is good for WNF (2/3 quarters, 3/5 winner’s and loser’s finals, ft5 grand finals) since it goes by fast. Expect that to be our WNF standard if I can make it these upcoming weeks.

Sorry for the late post. GGs on Friday guys! I appreciate all of the new faces that came out to support ST, and big thanks to Armando for putting together the stream and Watson for supporting our scene!
GGs to all. It was great seeing a lot of new faces on Sunday, and I hope to see you guys again in the future. I think Tania and I are going to show up this Wednesday to get some more games in. The summer is giving us an opportunity to make it out to more ST meet-ups.
Sup my peeps… by the look of the list, it looks like the majority of our regulars didn’t make it. I think Fridays in general is a little hard for people to make it out for ST (especially between 6-7 when the drive is already 45minutes). I’d like to know if this is the official meet up day/time. I’d like to open up some voting for this if possible. Sundays was working good for me. Are we no longer meeting up Sunday afternoons/nights?

So far, Friday is officially the new date/time for the bi-weekly streamed tourneys. Although it’s a shame that a lot of regs weren’t able to make it for whatever reason, it’s awesome that we got the new players to show up. I, for one, prefer the Friday night time. Sundays were good, but staying up that late made it HELL for my Monday morning schedule. On Friday, I can stay up as late as I want without worrying about the next day.
Also, and most importantly, Friday works best with Mondo and Watson’s schedule. Mondo is already putting in some serious over-time to run a variety of streams all across the IE, and since he helps setup Friday night console sessions over at Super Arcade, streaming on that day makes the best use of his time. He needs the Sundays to run other streams and/or find some downtime for himself. Sundays is also when Super Arcade closes early, and Watson needs to head home to get some much needed rest, and it’s difficult to do that when we’re running tourneys late into the night. On Fridays, everybody stays late anyways, so it works out.
If you’re worried about the drive, and don’t have a self-imposed curfew to worry about, we can just carpool. Me, you, Tania, mariblanka, and DJTeddyEddy, and Brett Roth, all live pretty much in the same area. We can do the same thing if you want to carpool down to Don’s Arcade in Torrance on Friday nights.
