This is why I ask Markman directly since he works for Madcatz. I need answers.
I don’t think it’s fair if a company says it’ll ship in 24 hrs (when you buy it) but in between the lines it says the processing can take up to 3 days when I was already charged for the purchase. I paid for ups ground shipping which usually takes 3 days. Am I suppose to wait for Madcatz to decide to ship my stick and then eat it up when they tell me “Well, you received it two days after we SHIPPED it” meanwhile, it took them over a week to send it. I have the emails and receipt that says it would ship in 24hrs but my account says it’s still processing. I’m just seriously sick and tired of getting screwed.

I think it’s fair to complain even though mine shipped. It is scheduled to be delivered on the 15th and I ordered it on the 3rd @ 8:41am est.
That’s 12 days total from date ordered to delivery for an “in stock” item that was supposed to be shipped within 24hrs. If this went according to the email, the longest it should’ve taken was 6 days for an in stock item. That’s 3 days processing and 3 days shipping.
You should complain to MadCatz’s shipping department, not markman. He designs them, he doesn’t pack and ship them 
Mine will be here today. Madcatz upgraded my shipping and waived all shipping fees! Thanks madcatz!
I went ahead and ordered one from the gameshark site last night. I will let you guys know how long it takes just in case there is someone out there who wants to order from them.

I gotta say, giving the new “S” design another gander, I think it grew on me. I like it a lot better than the old Arcade FightStick Tournament Editions. I’m more curious though about what Mad Catz did with the PCBs on both the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 versions. Anyone willing to crack theirs open to give us the money shots of the PCB? :bgrin:
