Coming off from XBL to PSN with this game for the first time today. Itās alot better than I expected playable wise. The button lag is just as minimal as on my Xbox, and thereās no slowdown when you perform some Ultra KOs like Siberan Blizzard. The Custom search results displays good connections a lot faster than the Xbox, but connecting to those games takes longer. Yellows bars are also much more playable on the PS3. Only thing Iām not liking is the online competition. Lots of Ryu players at 2000-5000 BP mashing shoryuken on wakeup/during combos, and only a few opponents Iāve come across even knew how to link. I guess I missed all the good players when I was on XBL.
I remember reading that PSN users have to buy the costumes in order to see them all. At 17.99, thatās a bit steep.

I hope this is a good place to post this. Iāve got a problem.
I live in Japan and play AE2012 often on PSN. There are always many players online at all hours and the connections have always been amazing.
However, since this last 1.07 patch, I can only find a few plyers at a time and most have yellow-bar connections. Iāve always used a Japanese account and searched using āsameā region. No matter what settings Iāve tried, the players have entirely disappeared or are invisible to me.
I have an American copy of the game, but that hasnāt been an issue before. Itās driving me nuts. Anyone have any suggestions?
