You might want to try checking out Bison (Dictator) or Balrog (boxer) to get a feel for some charge characters, see if it feels good to you.
I’m up for some sparring, mainly on weekends. I’ve been away for about two months, but I’m getting the SSF4AE itch again. It’s kind of like a fever, but this one can only be cured with administering SPDs instead of more cowbell.
