Actually I thought it was the other way around. Either both players get the loss on the leaderboards, or it’s random, or neither one gets the loss. AFAIK the 1st person to quit doesn’t automatically get the loss everytime, or else we’d see a lot less rage quits. Why else would some of the RQers make it their career to get on the leaderboards by RQing? They wouldn’t do that unless they knew they could avoid the loss and/or get the win. They might be dumb but they’re not THAT dumb.
I would love to see any evidence that this is not the case.

I am pretty sure I have not gotten W’s for people RQ’ing since I started checking a few days ago, but I haven’t bothered to check the opponents stuff afterwards. I could be wrong though, I don’t really remember the #'s the next day and perhaps a RQ just registers much later. Who knows?
BGs to Hell Awaiits.
Played a few times over the last few weeks… beat him every time, then today when I am beating him 2 rounds to none he RQs. I tell him I’m not wasting my time with quitters, then of course comes back with the usual XBL sexual orientation slurs.
Many RQs today. BGs to Shin MBison, barely beats me the first time, second time he has no idea how to stop a wall dive and he quits to the main menu.
Well, I guess I can only give you my word that every single time someone quits on me it registers as a win on the leaderboards…weekly and all time. I’ve never gotten a loss, or had it not register as a win since I started checking. And yes, they are THAT DUMB lol.
So like I said anytime a scrub RQ’s in a ranked match, send him/her a polite “thanks for the easy win” message. They get so confused…it’s hilarious.
Bad games to MJAMES760. This loser gets mad when he gets thrown repeatedly. Admittedly, he beat me the first two matches with his Blanka, but then I got serious and I also picked Blanka. I proceeded to shit all over his Blanka and it was exquisite! After that, virtually every match I had against him was my victory, while he was complaining. He can dish out the throws, but he can’t take them.
Bad games to IMisscounasseI, a.k.a. Psykup. I beat his laggy, turboing Sagat with my Chun-Li, and then sends me hatemail, which I might Youtube. I told him that he wasn’t worth my time. Another thing…why in the hell is his avatar a chick?

We’ll I’ll be damned. You are correct. My problem was I was using the HDR Stats website and that DOES NOT count RQ W’s. But the in-game, leaderboards definitely does (I have about an extra 100+ wins on the leaderboards than I do on HDR Stats website).

Bad game to J-Jizzle87. He beats me a few times and the rest I own him numerously. I played a final game before I went on COD Black Ops, I ruined him with the Zangief and he then sends me a message with “Keep Practice?”

I just hate it when players has to result to degrading other players to make them feel better about their skills. I’m not good and yes I do go into the practice room. I switch up my tactics and when I see right through his weak Blanka tactics and worked around him and won, he gets all mature at age 24 and sends “Keep Practicing.”
Take your lose like a man and move on.
When a player quits after a game, he was mature enough to stay and finish the game prior to leaving not rage quitting.
Oh and his tactic in order are as follows:
- Ground slide
- Ground slide
- Jump in with medium kick
- Rolling launch move
- Wait for me to jump in
- Electricity
- Repeat
Lame! Saw right through it and he never switched up any of it and I kept on switching my moves. I even let him jump in with a kick and grabbed him knowing that my grab would deal more damage than his jump kick.
