well i dont get a lot of bad games, but i got one name i can remember. ghotiwaffle who rage quit on me after my crappy guile beat him in two rounds. although i have never even played guile before, and was getting my ass kick to 30 loses and 2 wins.

Iāve created my own black list. I ādo not preferā the players or w/e after every rage quit, but of course theyāll still pop up. Iāve gone ahead and muted all of the rage quitters in the last month. Iām not wasting my time anymore. If itās a RQāer that I muted, Iām just dropping the game before the first hit. Sick of playing intense (or easy) matches just to have some loser drop the online game. Not giving them the satisfaction of potentially beating me, when I know that theyāll quit when I beat them.

Yeah, same for me with the not responding back. All I do is generally block communications, since there are so many RQāers and subsequent hate mail. My favorite ones are generally the one liners, by Akuma players such as Gearz of Flea leaving a simple āFaggā with two Gās.
