Looking for a Steady Training Partner

Hi I’m looking for someone (or a few people) to skill up with on a regular basis. I play alot of random endless and I usually only get a match or 2 in before the other player/s quit. Basically what I’m looking for is someone who can/will stay in a room whether they are losing or winning in the interest of learning the game and progressing as players.
