Yo, does anyone have the full results of last nights WNF for third strike? I am curious to how I placed. Last night was all about Urien, what a cool night. All we were missing was Mr Universe. We had so many awesome experienced players in last nights roster. GGâs to valle, christian, gootecks, cruise and others. =)

LOL. if i installed alpha 2 you would be asking about alpha 3 !!! anyways, A3 is up and running with new 360âs installed that seem to be working good. Danny Leong and myself will be playing if anyone wants to come down for some comp in that game. and back to alpha 2, should have that running on a switch in the same cab sometime in the near future.
small 3s machine will most likely be converted into another h2h for our near future 3s tourneys and so i wont have to watch 2 grown men squeeze onto 1 cab to play 3s anymore⌠pitiful sight watching luka and hungbee duke it out on that cab just didnt look very manly HAHA!

well I missed out on a lot of A2 and A3 action at its height, and I guess Iâm trying to make up for lost time by hoping Iâd get another chance to playâŚALL the great fighting games again. I never got into custom combos in A3, and A2 seems the most similar to the SF2 era mechanics.

What would be the better Alpha 3 to play today? Alpha 3 or Zero 3 Upper? I know Zero 3 Upper didnât get a lot of exposure since it was a Japanese release only. But I hear that itâs more balanced. I havenât spent much time with it myself so I wouldnât know. I know the timing on Guyâs target combos are more strict on Upper and easier to do in Alpha 3 hence making him more fun in Alpha 3.
Alpha 3 (zero 3) is considered the tournament standard due to all the things that were altered in upper. Less characters, but the preferred game. Also, you still have meetups at your place Don?? You might remember we talked 'cades a while back. My Arcade was in NM but im here in Cali now for a good while.
aside from crouch cancel infinites a3 was a pretty decent game. i also doubt many of the people coming around would be able to pull them off regardless or ever seen a cc for that matter anyways, still working on making everything great here and thanks for joining in on the ride!
Zero 3 Upper was just really too little to late imo. I remember SHGL got a kit in late 2001 from what I remember and nobody was interested in putting in time relearning a tweaked console to arcade port of a 3+ year old game that is sitting next to MvC2/CvS2 cabinets. Only time I saw people on it was people trolling each other in Shin Akuma mirrors lol.
