I played against **PE (RUFUS) - CHICHIMONDA (DICTATOR) **in one of the Tokyo Japanese qualifiers and they beat me in the regional quarter finals. Would have loved to beat them and have made it through. Some tough competition on those Japanese brackets with a few I’m sure are unknown outside of Japan.
I’m surprised at the number Dhalsim’s. And also surprised at how few Vipers there are. I don’t think Japan particularly cares for her it seems Viper is much more popular in the US. The biggest surprise to me though: Not one Akuma o_o
