Such a waste of life! The Wesker Video thread

Andre absolutely tearing it up with wesker. I had to highlight it.

Justin.tv - boomstickah - TwistedJago’s wesker domination

I am finding going into phantom dance unless you properly set it up is a complete waste of meter. Unless you know you can kill with it is better to go for resets and pressure.

For wesker combos people need to start finding ways to end with a middle screen phantom dance. The damage difference is significantly different.

No offense, but I really don’t care about X Factor combos. Of course they can kill Sent. I am more interested in what you can do without X-Factor because if you can do something insane out of X-Factor then it is easy to add X-Factor into your combo.

Maybe this will help.

Maybe it won’t. I am saying that I am getting tired of the many “X-FACTOR SENT 100% KILL!” videos not just here, but the whole forum.

What I am telling people to do is work on combos that don’t require X-Factor (Assists are fine), like I said, if you can do a ton of damage outside of X-Factor then that means adding X-Factor will make it that much better. Besides you are going to be using non X-Factor combos more than X-Factor combos so it is more practical.

Well we’re playing a character that does ridiculous damage as soon as he gets a level 3 so that shouldn’t be hard either.

I understand everything you typed. The combos I’ve listed are practical, require little or no assists, work on 95% of the cast, use no X-Factor and range in damage from 600-900k. Anything I missed.

When you posted it the link took me toward my subscriptions page…

I fixed it.

Don’t post here normally, but here’s a very basic combo for Wesker using the entire Resident Evil Team.

It’s fun.

Same with me, I don’t post here much I haven’t many videos utilizing Wesker’s teleports… I don’t get how dudes are crying for Strider when you have a beast like Wesker to mess around with…

dunno if anybody had done this yet.

100% with Spencer and Wesker along with Magneto

Because they really are nothing alike in any way, shape or form other than the fact that both have teleports – and even those aren’t exactly the same either. Strider’s are better. Your link also doesn’t have any MvC3 videos.

35 minutes in starts myself vs. Tyler. 1 hour 35 minutes in myself vs. Steve H. Using X23/Wesker/Doom. I mainly play similar to Buktooth’s style in using the Doom beam (which causes a juggle state) to turn Wesker’s teleport into basically an invincible 50/50 set up for DHC reset death combos. I kept dropping the c.M, s.H to ghost butterfly after the OTG shot cuz I forgot you have to hit both hits of the s.H after an OTG pop up or the ghost butterfly will whiff.

Honestly, the only thing that makes Strider better is, he has more range on his normals and he has orbs for intense pressure… My post was mainly addressing how he (Wesker) caters to Strider players. Watch the video I meant to post and you’ll know what I mean.
