The timing for c.HP after MP DP can be a bit difficult but it’s doable.

damn, well idk what its worth but the version i posted works on crouching blanka and consistently hits crouching kuma as opposed to the one you referred me to

@Rc_ON should work on all characters. However, for Kuma you have to use cl.st.hp instead of cr.hp. Cr.hp whiffs.
