Bison was only hinted. Not confirmed he is actually IN he could simply be part of the story. Nash’s story is heavily tied around M Bison.
Wouldn’t surprise me in the least if Bison actually IS in it though. Probably is since I doubt they’d tease a storyline char, but just keeping all options open.

I have high hopes now for more returning chars to be at least a little more different than their previous iterations.
So they said pre-ordering will give us access to an online beta in the future, but they didn’t specify any particular retailer, so hopefully it applies to at least all the main ones like Amazon, Gamestop, etc.
I checked Amazon’s page just now but saw no mention of this beta access deal with pre-ordering. Should I still go ahead and pre-order from now or wait until Amazon supposedly updates their page with the info?
