If you want to share your experience, please post in this thread, as this will be our central source of monitoring what is going on. Please refrain on blowing up Ono-san on Twitter, everything tonight is being managed out of Capcom USA, and everyone already is well aware the game is currently broken.

Again, thank you all for your patience and support. We know how eager you are to play the game, and how disappointing this start has been. We will make it up to you. The sooner we can get this working, the sooner you can play, and we are working as hard as we can to get everything running smoothly.

North America only sounds good to me. I played someone from France and Japan earlier and obviously those matches were laggy as fuck by default.
