I’m curious, how many beta phases were planned again? 3 right? I wonder if we’ll get to test all of the characters by the 3rd test. I can’t contain my hype for the 1st one and the subsequent ones; this might culminate in the game having O. Sagat tier netcode. Also, probably will aid in general roster balance too.

I downloaded the beta on ps4 on July 8th. IIrc I just searched for it and downloaded it, took forever, the actual download.
To gear up, I was playing usf4 on psn 1st day yesterday. Using my ps360+ modded stick and kept forgetting to resync before matches, cost me some rounds.

How exactly did you download it as it sure as hell doesn’t appear when we search for it.

Well it looks like you found it… funny someone’s gonna disagree that I have downloaded it. Not sure if it mattered but I bought it on ps4.com online, and then synched my ps4 with the account I’d created there. I hadn’t even got the ps4 when I preordered the game. Then searched for it on the console, found it and downloaded it. I can’t wait, I took the week off work.

The option to download it on our accounts only appeared after the PSN update on Tuesday.

i emailed Bestbuy last night regarding the beta. this is there response about 2hrs ago i got the email

After coordinating with our Game code specialist, it appears that the publisher “Capcom” has yet to provide us the codes for the beta. As advised, once code is available from the publisher, we will immediately send the codes to the customers’ email address for those who pre ordered the Street Fighter V PlayStation 4***

who knows when bestbuy will be sending out the emails. if nothing comes in by tomorrow ill just preorder-cancel on amazon

They e-mailed me saying that Best Buy’s Tool generator wasn’t working properly and that once the tech specialist figure it out they’d e-mail them out…Best Buy trying to blame Capcom if you ask me, considering others have gotten codes - shots fired! I’m calling Best Buy out, stop blaming Capcom for your insolence and crappy service. THREE people I talked to on the phone didn’t know what the heck Street Fighter V was!

Rant complete - go thru PSN. Get a cool theme, download took me like 15 mintues. But I have a 50 meg and the connection is disgustingly awesome.

and i was thinking GS customers where going to get the short end of the stick but i see BB customers got it as well. i just pre-ordered with amazon i got the code literally less then 3mins after clicking PLACE ORDER .
