Raul Julia as Bison was legendary. I need to get this on Bluray now that you mention it.
Word has it that Raul Julia knew he was going to die and was looking for a project–any project–that would make some money he could leave behind for his family. When SF: The Movie came up as a possibility, he asked his kids about it and they got really excited.
Even so, he didn’t just walk onscreen and take the check. He ate scenery and shat awesome.
People have already listed quotes from the movie so I’ll talk about some of the poses the characters in the film struck.

Another good one is the Game Over! fist pump Bison does after he blows up Guile’s boat. I also remember shitting bricks at the theatre when Ryu Hadou’d Vega and Ken SRK’d Sagat.
One other thing and I’m sure I’m not the only one but I always refer Captain Sawada as Fei Long.
One thing that hasn’t been covered yet: the opening, when the Universal Studios logo morphs into the Shadaloo insignia/movie logo. That is cool as hell.
I have to admit, anytime I hear the Universal fanfare, I always expect those first hits of the SF movie score to follow it. It’s such a disappointment in any movie that isn’t this one.
