I have searched many sites in this manga. I read that it is the adaptation in one volume of the manga Street Fighter III: Ryu Final. However, never even seen a picture of this publication. This manga really exist? Anyone here seen it?

Not too sure what you mean by Twin Dragons but the Ryu Final manga is real and available in English.
