Great stuff man very very creative. I like how u gave some of the lower tier characters a chance by adding the most stuff for them. By no means is this game balanced, however it would still be interesting to play bro. Sean’s new shiet totally inspired me to play 3rd strike again with him. You should definetely keep up the good work who gives a f*** about what the haters say. Knowing them im sure they would be playing 3rd strike for another 10 years.

The only interesting thing for now is how the ROM can actually be modified in such way, It’s not anywhere near balanced but proves that balancing tweaking the game is possible. There are some videos on Nico Doga that demonstrate very interesting tweaks like 2i moves for Sean and Ibuki, it seems who ever is changing the Rom understands what he’s doing unlike those random hex value modifiers.
I wish that someone actually contacts who ever is doing these modification, we already have a Remix of ST thanks to Sirlin it’s time somebody does the same for 3S.

seems highly influenced by Sf4, especially with all the normal linking. even the supers look very SF4ish. but props to the work that was done on this

I fail to see how Twelve with a 100% genjei jin infinite is “balanced”.
Don’t get me wrong, shit looks fun and i’d play it every single day but this isn’t a rebalance, this is a Rainbow Edition-ing.

This looks amazing there’s no denying that. All the supers are refreshing and plain sexy. I can not wait to get my hands on this game and/or see it on GGPO. Holy shit that would rock.
If and this is a big IF: If you are seriously looking to balance this game avoid the one-touch 70% or death combo nonsense. I love the idea that pretty much every character has gained more options to land damage by giving out more cancels and range on supers. It makes every character more exiting to play and watch, but noone wants to get raped by a 20 sec long shoulder tackle combo cause they got parried once, it’s the same reason why people hate on the ultras in SF4. When I look at 3rd Strike, I always thought that Ken was the best character by design in that game: Always in the position to do damage, link a super and gain momentum on knockdowns, but never has the ability to end a match with only one or two good guesses. Try to keep that design in mind.
TL:DR : Avoid massive damage combos but open up more options for characters on the offensive plz. Pretty plz?
