I found him annoying to fight against in EX2, though it seems as though he’s lost priority on his moves in EX2+ and EX3. Still a good character though.
Kairi FTW. I used to like Akuma a lot, but he’s SO over exposed now I can’t stand his character anymore. When EX pushed Kairi I was more than pleased. His story is fresh, and his actual style of gameplay is unique in EX3.
As for the intro sequence…I don’t think I have watched it since I got the game years ago.

whats wrong with jack? I looked at his tier placement and he’s not so good.
Momentaries are useless outside of combos, ant-air is megh, no real safe pressure combos to build meter, all his specials leave him open if blocked, once his partner is gone GGPO Jack.
His real strength lies in his actual combos, which build meter fast and deal good damage, the only problem is getting the opening to land said combo. Jack needs a partner like D. Dark to be really effective since Dark can set up any partner perfectly and can break defense easily.

Guile is great with Li since they have a tag special, also. Good sets.

What’s her infinite? Her Kick Super x 6?

The timing is kinda tricky, I did it in the “Domination” vid thats on Shinjis page. I did it a normal combo, no Tagging, but I’d like to see some varinats of it using Guile as the Tag partner, that could be sweet.

Which character is recommended for Beginners in Street Fighter Ex 2. I have Street Fighter Ex 2 over at my local theater. I tried using Hayate, but the stick was jammed on the player 1 side and I didn’t fare so well.
Ps- I tried everything for Zinc, from the DOS Window, to The Front End, and it still wont work. Any help?
D.Dark is pretty good for beginners.
For zinc, make sure you have the bios as well as correct rom sets.
Shadow Geist isn’t bad in EX3…where are you getting your info?

If anyone finds a use for his air 720 super or kick momentary, let me know.
Air 720 can be comboed from Daruns Power Ingra Bridge, other than that I’ve never used it in a match.
Kick Momentray for pressure of course…jump HK, crouch MK, QCF+kick, Momentray P, Momentary LK. You can skip the QCF+kick and go straight to Momentary LK from QCF+P, its a great way to gain frame advantage, set up pressure/mind games from a blocked QCF+P, and to build meter. Don’t forget you can Super Cancel from it after he lands which is where the mix ups come in. Momentary LK is almost a must when playing Shadow at high level play.
