cheat.zip has many xml files in it. I took ex2plus modified it and reziped it. No folder/

looking into it, the code is probably wrong. Which is why I havenāt gotten it to work. The code is identical to the code to unlock the characters in SFEX2, SFEX2P prequel.
Looking around, this should be the code, it worked for me just now.

I downloaded the file and copied it to mame folder enable cheat in miscalleneous option.
Still not able to see the cheat when i press tab.
Am i doing something wrong?

Well at first I thought the 7zip would be fine, but unzipping it worked. Converting it to zip instead of 7z would probably work.

Btw hayate was supposed to be unlocked? or he is not available in ex 2 plus? cause i cant select him.
And 1 more thing guys. The unusual meteor combos like of nanse and balrog/vega. How to perform them. I think the most difficult meteor combo is of vega.
Hayate is only in the psx version on EX2+.
and arcade SFEX2 no plus.
nanase meteor is a raging demon motion.
lp, lp, forward, lk, hp
Vega is like ST, or guile, hold db for 1 second, forward (down, neutral or up all should work), db, and up plus kkk, when near opponent then press punch.

Still having trouble with vega meteor though :P. Couldnt do it 8 yrs ago neither can i now :Pā¦trying though. and i almost forgot about zanziff. These two are the ones that i cannot perform meteor combo. How the hell are you suppose to rotate 720 degrees in keyboard. When i try he always jumps

No not need. When in air perform 720 quickly then can perform meteor combo.
About vega.IS it (hold down back, then down forward or just forward?..down back and up+kkk( he wont jump). The jumping is hold down and up+kkk isnt it?

Maybe not that exactly, however that does seem familiar to Garudaās mini jump excel activation. Where your canceling his forward+hk into excel. Which results in a small hop.
If not for Excels EX2 could possibly be the best game of the seriesā¦

hey which emulators do you guys mostly play SF EX series on?? does anyone play it on psx emulator on p2p??
I normally prefer zinc for solo play, mame-rr if Iām recording combos or whatever. epsxe for online via kaillera or whatever it is. Though I personally donāt really like SFEX online, some people have gotten real good at it like Chanwa1522 from india and his āfansā.
I mainly use mame rerecord with lua scripts.
