i love it! i got a few questions.
-anybody like shadowgeist? i love him . hes pretty cool.
-did it take you guys some time to pull of some moves on the ps2 controller? i dunno , it took me a day to get used to it , i couldn’t pull off some super move when i faced right.
-isn’t garuda a pretty cool character design!
-where can i find combo vids?

Shadow is awesome, he was my original character. NAs own Gen is now an expert Shadow player who can show you some nasty things in our vids.

Not too sure on this, I use a stick myself, but in the past it usually takes some getting used to when starting a new game, just gotta get the feel for the engine and you’ll be fine.

and that combo with dahlsim and sagat where sagat did is level 3 and dahlsim jumped in and yoga drilled him ,and the character flew away and got hit by SAGATS POWER BALL!

I dusted off my copy of EX2+ and started to do the maniac missions, since I never liked excels I figured this was the time to learn to like them. Then it occured to me that the maniac missions were sort of impractical (to my mind), so does anyone have any good 1 meter excells for anyone? Maybe some non jump-in ones? Thanks.

How do you do Blanka’s backward Rolling attack. I don’t mean the ‘surprise backwards’ either. There is a reverse roll, the comp does it all the time to me. Is it possible for a human player to do it to?
if you mean the “fake” roll then:
Just do the backstep roll and cancel with punch to do the fake.
Also has anyone found a practical use for the tiger fake? Outside of its’ LIMITED use in excels I see no practical use for it.
The only use I have found for it is to throw it in the middle of your strings in the hopes that it will make your opponent want to attack. If that happens the fake can be cancelled into a Tiger Crush quite fast catching your opponent of guard. Just gotta use a bit of mind games with it, but after a while your opponent will most likely get used to it.

Colguile, or anyone, what’s the timing on Guile’s Double Flash Kick xxOpening Gambitxx ? I can do the Opening Gambit xxDouble Flash Kick easily enough, but the Flash Kick does not give me enough time to to the opening gambit after the first flip. I even tried Flash Kick->Double Flash Kick->Opening Gambit but that didn’t give me enough time either.
Actually the charge time isn’t the problem, its the small window you have to press punch for the Opening Gambit. You have to time it so you do the motion for the Opening Gambit AFTER its charged, and hit the punch button just as the second hit from the second flip of the Double Somersault hits. You can add another Double Somersault also at the end of this, but its kinda tough since the opponent is in the air. Again, charging isn’t the problem, but the small window you have. You have to press kick for the Double Somersault motion just as Guile does the kick portion of the Opening Gambit, but before he completely leaves the ground.
I asked this question on GameFAQs message board, but it didn’t get answered (naturally). Other then Shoot Kick, Shoryuken, Hadoken, and the crazy sparkly super move, do any of Ace’s moves become stronger or have a different effect once you get them to 3 stars?
Rolling Attack can be done mid air. Also, the Galaxy has to be leveled up in sections. Lets say you are doing only the first part, that will be the only part to get leveled up, you have to continually do the full chain to get ALL of it at max level.
One other question, how do you do the strongest version of Nanase’s Level 3 super in EX2+?
You just have to make sure its not part of a combo. Say you do QCF+P, P, then link the super, Nanasae will only go into the sky and come crashing down for minimal damage. If you connect the Meteor outside of a combo she will go into outer space and come crashing down for maximum damage.
