Deejay in upper , so in Dreamcast version ? yes ,he is somewhat weak ,because all of his asset and patern’s attacks consisted in psx / saturn version on the ABUSE of projectile .DJ and Dhalsim in Upper (saikyo dojo 
) are very weakened .
