Couple of notes about her:
she’s called Ojou-san by Ryu only in a manga story from a commercially published book, not fan fiction. I’m still wondering where “Little Miss” came from after learning that Saiki first called her “Young Miss” which is more correct.

There’s pics of Sakura’s parents in/on one of the Capcom Secret Files pages. Her dad’s design eventualy became Hideo (Rival Schools) and her mother’s design was eventualy used for the mother Sakura seen in Sakura’s Marvel Vs Street Fighter ending.
I don’t know if it actually came from that, although it defenitly seems like that pic was drawn after Gouki’s daughter, or a slight redesign of her I should say.
Makoto’s design though ended up taking on elements of Shun’s (SFA anime) design, maybe because both projects were in development at the sametime, and because both characters were supposed to be related to Ryu.

I beg to differ, as Akuma (Gouki) is the person responsible for Ojou-San’s father (Gouken’s) death, this could create the classic revenge style polt as is the case with Chun Li and her father’s murder. And she can be different like Makoto alot given the chance she has a unique style as shown on the link above in the far left corner.
