Ok, do you mean lag as in the game chopping up or lag as in when you press the buttons, they respond much later on the screen?
The latter of the two is called delay which I experience vastly since my internet connection is 756kilobyte dsl.
The first one is really just lag. Usually, when that happens, I play on excellent connection with someone that has high ping.
