It’s just your statement that you’re bored with 3S makes no sense. You’re bored of what? You can do everything in the game flawlessly? You know every character perfectly. You’ve played the best in the Japan and beaten them all?
If you can’t say yes to all of these then you have a whole lot to keep you from being bored. Why don’t you work on mastering the system as it is before wanting to screw with it?

from my perspective its just kind of odd. its like reading the first chapter of a book and then deciding itd be more fun to re-write the whole book.

I’d be more interested in seeing SSF4 hacked to work exactly like 3s. All mechanics and frame data for overlapping characters should work identically, and they can improvise on the rest of the characters. I wouldn’t mind seeing Sakura in a SF3 style game.
