Yeah. The 360 outputs a 720p/1080i/1080p signal, so if you have a DLP or other set with 480p lag, this would fix it.
I played it in both 1080i and 720p, overall it’s nicer in 720p. Looks incredible. Very smooth and clear.

Using the patch and burning it is no longer necessary… It seems if you are connected online, all you have to do is input the disc and it’ll queue the update.
