Street Fighter 25th Anniversary Pack worth the money?

As the topic title says, is the 25th anniversary pack worth the money or is that money best spent elsewhere?

If I buy it, it will be the PS3 version which seems to have exclusive stuff in it.

Also, are the Special Edition exclusive gems from Street Fighter x Tekken included in this package?

I could not find any info regarding that.
