Me and my friend Zeke were running all the street fighter tourneys at golfland at the time, but we got kind of burned, and took a month or two off.
During that time, some of the high school kids that use to hang out there decided to run a tourney (not a sanctioned one, through the account we had at SRK for evo points), and it was a clusterfuck.
We showed up for it, to see what was going on, didn’t play. I can’t remember the kids name that held the money, but when it came time to pay up, all of the sudden the money came up missing from his backpack (why the hell one would put cash in their backpack and leave it laying around, is another story)…Anyway, it mysteriously vanished from the scene.
Here is the kicker though, a day or two later this same kid just happened to be moving out of the city…adds a little to the suspicion. He ended up back in town a few months later.
Me and zeke considered just fronting the lost money for payoff, for the good of the community, but decided fuck that. Still not sure why none of the winners kicked that kids ass, but what can you do.

Try this… In training mode, start on larger characters like Juggs. Because he is bigger, his hitbox makes connecting easier to practice with. The timing of ROM should sound like you are making a beat with it… Something to the affect of tap—tap tap—tap—tap tap. Once you get that timing down, then you can start to add more hits. Remember, that in order for ROM to connect, you have to connect the SJ.D+lk right after air dash down. The D+lk connects lower and puts the character at the correct height for it to continue. Practice connecting regulr j+lk, and d+lk…you will notice a big difference.

The Rom is hard on normal chars so i tried it on sent 1rst and i keep gettin 12 hits and then i mess up.

Also I can get a lot of hits when sents in his standing position and I sj.airdash down then lk+lk then sj.lk+lk in place
