Rex, there are tons of changes from CS1 to CS2. It basically plays like a whole new game. Probably the easiest thing for you to do is go over to dustloop and go to the character forum of the character(s) you are interested in. There’s bound to be a thread detailing changes.

Guess I’ll be dropping Bang and finally learning Arakune like I’ve been wanting to for years.

…that is, if I start playing BB again. Melty Blood is infinitely more fun at the moment, as are SSFIV and MvC3.

This weekend was one big blurry collage of awesome. Microfest was one of the coolest things ever, and in an SRK twist it was great running into you Glen, enjoy your VIP glass! Also good seeing Matt and his buddies (not sure if he checks this thread but he has an up-and-coming Rufus and has been up to casuals a bunch although not much lately).

Good shit yesterday to gllty in our excellent adventures. Too much to even comprehend, but let me just say there was Rosé, Utopic planned communities, and a rotted [media=youtube]Ymel0MFcaHc"[/media]. Will be hitting up training mode this week with my stun-gun and pepper spray, you better believe it.

Looking forward to tomorrow’s casuals with all the hype that’s developed since the tournament last week. We’ll have 3 regular setups going, our dreamcast/ps2 throwback station, and a space available on the big screen for more games. If Steve brings up his PS3 that’ll be another station. But if anyone else out there would like to bring your PS3 or 360 up with a screen we can get even more games happenin … the more people playing the better.

Rex - Yeah man the game is really different, but for the better really (when is it not? ;p). Dustloop has all of the changes listed for each character and the frame data is being worked on too. We’ll get in some Marvel at a hookup sometime.

JJJ - I can bring my swap magic and HnK. Leah has my PS2 and stick, so HnK will have to kinda be improptu. I hope I remember to bring it!

Good to know my CS2 skills are still slightly there. I’ll be putting in a lot of time into that game once PSN’s back online and I can dl Plat. I’m sick of playing Tager, and no combos off of throws sounds like no fun for him.
